Fruits CMR is a family-owned company dating back to 1879, based in Barcelona (Mercabarna), and is the parent company of the CMR Group, which markets fruit and vegetable products such as fruit, vegetables, tropical, exotic and ethnic produce, berries, citrus fruits, fresh-cut and ready-to-eat products, aromatic herbs and organic products through its own points of sale.
The CMR Group also comprises its subsidiaries CMR INFINITA, located in Madrid's central market (Mercamadrid), CMR LEÓN, in Mercaleón, CMR CANARIAS, on the island of Santa Cruz de La Palma (Canary Islands), CMR FRANCE, in Perpignan (France), CMR HOLLAND, in Ridderkerk (Netherlands), and CMR BRASIL, in Natal (Brazil).

Fruits CMR had an earlier version (Axapta 3.0) of Microsoft Dynamics AX that did not meet all of the company's needs. They needed to improve and simplify processes in order to optimally manage a growing organisation.
